1. No Refunds After Service Initiation

• Once your request has been submitted and processing has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
• This includes government fees, administrative, and service charges.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Submission)

• If cancelled before submission to authorities, a partial refund may be considered.
• Refunds exclude consultation and bank/payment processing fees.

3. Cancellation Requests

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Visa applications once submitted to authorities.
• Government, typing, or attestation fees.
• Business setup applications already processed.

5. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
